Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of non-standard equipment projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English & Chinese, solid project management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

我们正在为客户寻找一位经验丰富的项目经理（Project Manager），负责非标设备项目的规划、执行与交付。理想的候选人应具备良好的中英文沟通能力、扎实的项目管理专业知识，并能协调各方资源，确保项目按时、高质量完成。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. English proficiency in daily communication and exchange
   — Conduct daily communication and coordination with international clients and partners in English.
   — Ensure smooth information exchange across project stakeholders.

   日常英文沟通与交流能力
   — 能够以英语与国际客户及合作方进行日常沟通与协调；
   — 确保项目相关方之间的信息沟通顺畅。

2. Master professional knowledge and tools in project management, and manage delivery of non-standard equipment projects
   — Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) to manage project schedules, risks, and resources.
   — Oversee the full project lifecycle for customized/non-standard equipment delivery.

   — 熟练运用项目管理方法（如PMI、敏捷等）及工具（如MS Project、Jira等），管理项目进度、风险与资源；
   — 全面负责非标设备项目的生命周期管理与交付。

3. Develop and implement project plans, control progress, and communicate with clients
   — Prepare detailed project implementation plans and timelines;
   — Monitor project milestones and deliverables;
   — Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding progress, changes, and risks.

   制定并执行项目计划，控制进度并与客户沟通
   — 制定详细的项目实施计划和时间表；
   — 跟踪项目里程碑及交付成果；
   — 与客户保持积极沟通，汇报项目进展、变更及风险。

4. Develop on-site installation and debugging plans, track and handle issues, and conduct acceptance and handover work
   — Organize on-site installation, commissioning, and system testing;
   — Manage issue tracking and troubleshooting during installation and debugging;
   — Coordinate project acceptance and final handover to the client.

   制定现场安装与调试计划，跟踪问题并组织验收交付

   — 组织现场安装、调试及系统测试工作；
   — 负责安装调试过程中问题的跟踪与处理；
   — 协调项目验收及最终交付客户。

5. Track and handle project issues, coordinate resources from all parties to solve problems encountered in the project
   — Identify project risks and issues in a timely manner;
   — Coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical and management challenges;
   — Ensure that problems are effectively closed and documented.

   跟踪并处理项目问题，协调各方资源解决项目中遇到的问题
   — 及时发现并识别项目风险与问题；
   — 协调内部部门、供应商及客户，解决技术和管理上的挑战；
   — 确保问题得到有效闭环与记录。

Qualifications / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields;

• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in equipment manufacturing or industrial automation;

• Familiar with non-standard equipment project processes, from design to delivery;

• Proficient in English & Chinese (both spoken and written);

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills;

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

学历与能力要求：

• 工程、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

• 3年以上项目管理经验，有设备制造或工业自动化项目经验者优先；

• 熟悉非标设备项目从设计到交付的全流程；

• 英语中文听说读写熟练；

• 具备较强的领导力、沟通与协调能力；

• 持有PMP或同等资格证书者优先。
