Job Description - Project Manager for CRM Rollout and Marketing Automation (CLOSED)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for CRM Rollout and Marketing Automation in Gothenburg

On behalf of the client, we are looking for a deployment manager for rollout of CRM & Marketing automation.

The client is replacing their entire CRM solution. Salesforce is the selected system and will be implemented on 72 markets over the coming 2-3 years. The Old system is expected to be fully decommissioned in 2025. The first step is to do a pilot on 3 markets, Belgium, Poland and Spain. MVP1 is to be ready during Q1 and MVP2 during Q2 2022. There are 3 teams involved in the project that are being staffed. 1 team will focus on the configuration of the CRM system. 1 team will focus on Integrations (approximately 30 integrations) and 1 team will focus on the Marketing. They are in close cooperation but organized in different teams. At the same time the maintenance team is being staffed so there will be a receiving organization when rollout is completed.

Tasks

- Deployment Management

- Coordinate the rollouts

- Responsible for the project management work

- Securing the roll out planning and preparation for the systems and solutions for the receiving markets

Skills

- Business Domain Knowledge, MAS

- Ideally experience with larger Roll-outs and securing the Global System adaptation but also adhere and secure feedback

- Change management skills
