Project Manager for Program Control Units (m/f/d)

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing ongoing projects in a way that meets customer needs and requirements while ensuring profitability;
• Having full ownership of the project budget, sales targets, and resource allocation;
• Conducting opportunity and risk analyses, as well as monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary;
• Representing the project and its interests to both customers and suppliers, as well as negotiating changes and requirements with these stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with customer acquisition projects and activities linked to making new deals;
• Enhancing a close collaboration with the project team, where you are responsible för communicating, coordinating and delegating tasks among team members.

This is a resident role, meaning that you will be employed by AUMOVIO while working

on-site at one of AUMOVIO’s partner companies.

• A business-oriented and outgoing individual who enjoys building strong relationships. You have a natural ability to read between the lines and adapt your approach to create trust and understanding with customers.
• Proactive by nature and prefer taking an active role;
• Confident in working independently and are comfortable in making decisions. It’s important that you can effectively lead and organize your team.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent problem solver and is motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. Since this role serves as the link between AUMOVIO and our customers, it is essential that you have a deep understanding of different working cultures and know how to communicate effectively within these environments.

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Technology, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field;
• More than 5 years of experience within the automotive industry, consumer electronics industry, or related technology-intensive sectors, across various roles and functions;
• Experience working with project management or similar responsibilities within an international environment;
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken;
• A business-oriented individual with extensive experience in customer-facing and relationship-building roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager in at least one successfully completed project;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve results through initiative, teamwork, determination, and strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience working with an agile methodology.
