Project Quality Manager to our international client

About the position:

In this role, you will:

1. Be assigned to the relevant project to support the Project Manager in effective planning, implementation, and control of project-specific actions for quality control.
2. Ensure all Quality related requirements are reflected in proposals and monitor their implementation/execution throughout the project phase.
3. Systematically analyze Non-Conformities during the project life cycle and implement learnings for future projects.
4. Coordinate and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities at the manufacturing area.
5. Determine product and process-related quality requirements specified in customer contracts and other stipulations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Drawing up the quality control plan including the customer interface.
2. Planning and ensuring quality reporting in the project, e.g. NCC reports.
3. Planning and ensuring the quality of project-specific supplies, internal/external.
4. Plowing back experience into lessons learned through project assessments, reviews, audits, project status meetings, etc.
5. Reflecting Quality requirements in proposals/bids.
6. Monitoring Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on the shop floor.

This position is a full-time consultant assignment running from August 2024 to July 31, 2025.

About you:

• Degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or similar) with working experience in the respective area.
• Previous experience in Quality organization.
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing are a must; knowledge of Swedish language is a significant advantage.
• Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
• Knowledge of an additional language like French, Spanish, and/or German is an advantage.
• Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality.
• Strong team player with good communication, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness for domestic and international travel required for project presentations, bid clarification, project kick-off meetings, or similar work.
