Quantity Surveyor (Eskilstuna)

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor. This position will be site-based in Eskilstuna.

Responsibilities

• Review Tender and Post Tender Submissions with Senior Management
• Commercial Handover Meetings from Estimating to Site Team
• Assist in establishing Project Budgets and Margins and agree Budget Codes with Accounts and Procurement Depts
• Review Standard Sub-Contract Packages currently in use
• Overview of sub-contractor current workload and capacity prior to appointment
• Due diligence on all new sub-contractors and suppliers and standardisation of all Sub-Contractor appointments
• Ensure Project Commercial Trackers are kept updated, producing and presenting Monthly Cashflow and Margin Reports
• Administration of Open Book, Provisional and Lump Sum Packages Agreements and overview of contractual disputes

• Relevant third level degree qualification.
• 5+ years’ post-graduate experience, including high-value construction projects
• Preferable if core experience has been gained in an established Main Contractor environment although major MEP subcontractor experience also advantageous,
• Strong written and verbal communication & computer skills,
• Data centre experience would be advantageous
