Radio and RANC Performance Manager

University degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field, with strong statistical and analytical skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Performance Management. Proven experience in developing and implementing performance indicators and improvement strategies. Expertise in supply chain risk management and integrated business planning. Proficiency in advanced data analytics and modeling techniques. Experience in digitalization and managing performance reporting at an executive level. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change management initiatives effectively within supply chain operations. Strong interest in continuous improvements within the value chain and current development projects. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. Competence to influence across organizations, lead change, originate ideas, and gain commitment. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
