MSc degree in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Knowledge and experience of System or Radio HW/ SW design Knowledge and Experience in Radio Base Station (RBS) or Baseband system or HW/ SW design implementation, architectures, integration, and verification Documented work experience as team leader to plan and deliver technical/customer work Data analysis knowledge and experience (both theory and implementation) Radio Requirement refinement and allocation skills (from RAN, RBS-level to Radio level) The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
