Regional TA Enablement Lead

Collaborate with Regional Delivery Team Managers and local Power Users to address regional enablement needs, fostering best practices and adoption of new ways of working. Proven experience as a recruiter in both agency and in-house settings. A passion for learning, supported by a University degree. Strong ability to build trust-based relationships. Exceptional communication skills, presenting information in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner. Creativity in designing learning experiences that excite and engage diverse learning styles. Experience as a teacher or instructor is a plus, but not required. Experience in content creation or influencer marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
