About the project 
 
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Service Solution Architect, you will design and implement solutions that enhance field service operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, resource optimization, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help our clients efficiently meet customer demands while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Design and implement solutions for project management, time and expense tracking, and resource scheduling to meet customer requirements effectively. 
✅ Architect and lead the design solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Field Services Solutions. 
✅ Optimize resource utilization by aligning skills, locations, and availability. 
✅ Ensure system performance, stability, and availability. 
✅ Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements. 
✅ Work with IT teams to develop and implement system upgrades. 
✅ Monitor system integrations and perform regular health checks. 
✅ Stay updated on D365 features, industry trends, and best practices. 
✅ Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans. 
✅ Lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept projects. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
✨ 5+ Years of experience working with D365 Project Service. 
✨ 5+ Years of experience in solution architecture. 
✨ 3+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. 
✨ Experience in configuring Project Service applications. 
✨ Ability to lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept pilots. 
✨ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
