Job Description - Client Success Specialist (LegalTech)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist (LegalTech) in Sweden.
This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure client success in a fast-growing LegalTech environment, bridging customer service, technical support, and legal document management. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through product adoption, technical setup, and legal processes. The position combines hands-on customer support with legal drafting and review, contributing directly to client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide actionable insights, and enhance overall service quality. This role thrives in a remote, dynamic, and collaborative setting where problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding services and account management.
    • Support clients in technical setup, including integrations with source code management platforms, ensuring proper administration and functionality.
    • Guide leads and new clients through product features, providing demonstrations and clarifying service offerings.
    • Draft reports based on client-provided information and ensure accurate, actionable insights are delivered.
    • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents tailored to client requirements, collaborating with management to finalize deliverables.
    • Conduct workshops or training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding of the platform.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Requirements:
    • Prior experience in customer success, client support, or a similar client-facing role.
    • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and practices, including basic legal drafting or document review.
    • Strong written English communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
    • Proficiency with web-based productivity tools such as Google Docs or similar platforms.
    • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
    • Comfortable interacting with diverse clients across industries and organizational sizes.
