Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to products and services.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings to offer accurate assistance.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of products and customer support skills.
  • Contribute insights to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer support.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
