Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales strategies to effectively promote products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to position offerings effectively.
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage customer relationships efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product proficiency.

• Fluent in Norwegian, with strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Previous experience in sales (at least 1 year if prooven records) is requiered.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mentality.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working autonomously and in teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is advantageous.
