Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, delivering effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Collaborate with teams to escalate complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and services.
• Offer insights on customer experiences to improve our service delivery.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn.
