Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
• Provide thorough explanations of company offerings and guide customers through the use of our services.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction around each interaction.
• Record and document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to deliver quality service consistently.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
