Job Description - (Junior) Email & SEO Manager (w/m/d)

As a Junior Email & SEO Manager (m/f/d), you'll become part of a rapidly growing and dynamic food company where you can take real ownership of impactful communication channels. We're looking for a creative thinker with an analytical mindset - someone who combines great writing skills with a data-driven approach and an openness to AI tools to drive growth through content.

Newsletter Creation & Execution: Design, write, and send newsletters that delight customers, boost conversion, and reflect the 3Bears brand—across product launches, promotions, and editorial themes.
Blog & Organic Content Development: Plan, create and optimise blog posts that strengthen our brand story, improve SEO, and drive organic traffic.
Product & Category Texting: Create product and category texts with SEO-relevant keywords in close cooperation with our e-commerce & product team and analyse all existing texts for necessary adjustments.
Performance-Driven Planning: Use data (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions, SEO rankings) to continuously optimise newsletters and content performance.
AI Content Tools: Leverage AI-based writing tools to accelerate and enhance content creation, especially for SEO and blog output.
Channel Coordination: Own and manage the content calendar for newsletters and blog, aligning with campaigns and key moments across the business.
Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and our future photo/video content team to ensure consistency, creativity and performance.
Customer Engagement Flows: Support the setup and maintenance of automated journeys (e.g. welcome flows, winback, cart abandonment) to nurture and retain customers.

First experience in digital content creation or email marketing, ideally through internships, studies or a junior role
Strong writing and editing skills in both German and English, with an eye for brand tone and performance
Comfortable working with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, WordPress or other CMS
A curious and open mindset—excited to explore the use of AI to support and scale content creation
Solid understanding of newsletter KPIs and/or SEO principles—or a strong motivation to learn quickly
A data-driven, analytical mindset
Highly organised with strong time management and exceptional attention to detail
You can be in our Munich office at least once a week
