Job Description - Norwegian Technical Support for CRM Software, Greece with Paid Relocation

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional technical support to clients using CRM software via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting software issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Guide clients through the features and functionalities of the CRM software to enhance their user experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal systems accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to improve service quality and response time.
  • Attend training sessions to develop your technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to reports on customer feedback and areas for software improvement.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A strong interest in technology and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
