Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish through email correspondence.
• Assist gamers with inquiries regarding gameplay, account support, and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints swiftly to enhance user satisfaction.
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate valued player feedback and insights.
• Stay informed on current gaming trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a great advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
