Product Marketing Manager

TL;DR - We're looking for a world-class product marketer to drive Lovable’s product adoption and market expansion. You'll lead product launches end-to-end, develop compelling messaging for emerging AI capabilities, and build the frameworks that will scale our go-to-market efforts. We expect exceptional storytelling skills and a proven track record of driving product adoption. You'll join a team building a brand new AI product category, enabling anyone to create software.

What we're looking for

• A track record of leading product launches at high-growth startups, with measurable impact on user acquisition and retention

• Proven ability to craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with diverse audiences, including translating technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for non-technical audiences

• An obsession with understanding users: their motivations, pain points, and language, in order to create messaging that truly resonates

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize messaging and product experience

• High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.

• Bonus: Experience marketing AI products

What you’ll do

• Run product launches from start to finish - strategy, messaging, execution, and measuring what worked

• Drive more people to use our product through smart campaigns, content, and go-to-market strategies

• Be the expert on our market and users - understand who they are, what they need, and how they think about their problems - and use this expertise to inform all of our GTM efforts

• Create and refine our core messaging and positioning - you'll shape how people understand what Lovable does and why they need it

• Arm our sales team and everyone else with the materials, talking points, and insights they need to succeed

• Figure out how to market brand-new AI features that don't have obvious comparisons in the market
