Job Description - (Senior) E-Commerce Shop Manager (m/w/d)

As an E-Commerce Shop Manager (m/f/d), you'll become part of a rapidly growing and dynamic food company where you can hit the ground running and develop your skills thanks to exciting challenges. That's why we're looking for you as a digital performance expert to lead our online shop, manage key traffic and retention channels, and constantly improve the customer experience across our e-commerce ecosystem!

Shopify Store Management: Responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our D2C online shop, including uptime, content accuracy and error-free order flow
Performance Marketing & CRM: Lead acquisition and retention efforts across Meta, Google, Klaviyo newsletters and SEO/blog content, ensuring cost-efficient and scalable traffic growth
Retention & Loyalty: Identify insights and implement actions to increase customer lifetime value, repeat rates, and brand engagement
Product & Content Accuracy: Own the digital shelf—ensuring SKUs, pricing, imagery and descriptions are always correct, live and connected
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Testing and implementing UX improvements and technical updates to maximise performance, supported by our developers and partners
Team & Project Coordination: Work closely with Customer Happiness, Logistics and Marketing to ensure campaigns, launches and product updates run smoothly
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance KPIs (traffic, AOV, CR, CAC, LTV) and define clear actions from the data
Budgeting & Forecasting: Responsibility for e-commerce channel budgeting, forecasting sales and marketing spend, and ensuring strong ROI tracking and cost control

At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in a D2C or FMCG environment
Hands-on experience with Shopify and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
Analytical mindset with strong instincts for testing and optimisation
Strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
Experience collaborating across tech, marketing, ops and customer service teams.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
You can be in our Munich office at least once a week
