Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and objectives through in-depth consultations.
• Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively solve client challenges and enhance business processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insightful recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Work with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and ongoing client support.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize their use of our products and services.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant advice during consultations.

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with technology solutions and a willingness to learn about new tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
