Key Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and Booking.com services to help clients make informed decisions.
• Process reservations accurately, confirming all details and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and Booking.com offerings to provide the best support to clients.

• Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, travel support, or relevant fields is desirable.
• A strong interest in travel and knowledge of Booking.com and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
• Ability to manage customer concerns effectively and provide timely solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
