Job Description - Swedish Player support specialist for gaming department anywhere in Bulgaria

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Swedish Player Support Specialist within our gaming department, available for candidates anywhere in Bulgaria! As a Swedish Player Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking players, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that they enjoy an exceptional gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to Swedish-speaking players via various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze player feedback to inform enhancements in our gaming services and products.
  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance problem-solving efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective player support strategies.
  • Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • A strong passion for gaming with an awareness of current gaming trends and communities.
  • Experience in customer support or a role within the gaming industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with players effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
  • A positive attitude and the capability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
