In this role, you will assist Swedish-speaking customers with their travel bookings, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they plan their travels.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and assisting with bookings.
• Help customers navigate the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions in the CRM system for continuous improvement and quality assurance of service.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on Booking.com's products, services, and policies to provide accurate advice to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively analyze problems and provide timely solutions with a positive approach.
• Experience with CRM software and online booking systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the Greek culture.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
