As our Technical Support Specialist with focus on the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region, you’ll be the goto expert for our distributor partners and customers across APAC, with a particular focus on China. Your mission is to help others succeed in their research by providing worldclass technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting on our immunoassay products.
You’ll work closely with our Distributor Account Manager for APAC, becoming a trusted link between our Nacka Strand headquarters (just outside Stockholm) and labs across the region. The role is based in our headquarter but you will have the possibility to work from home occassionally.
