Job Description - UX Researcher (m/f/x)

Cofinity-X is a joint venture founded in 2023 by BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen, and ZF. Established by industry experts, our company is primed for growth and is intended to be further led by professionals like yourself.

Qualitative and quantitative research, user tests, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
Translate research insights into actionable design concepts, user journeys, and interaction models
Leading UX conception efforts, including defining user personas and target groups
Utilizing Figma for wireframing and prototyping to create intuitive user interfaces
Facilitating workshops to foster collaboration and ideation among cross-functional teams
Performing quantitative analysis to evaluate user behavior and inform design decisions
Leveraging Hotjar, Google Analytics, and similar tools to gather and analyze user data

Bachelor's degree in UX, cognitive science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
At least 3–4 years of full-time employment experience in UX design
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder collaboration in user research management
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing methodologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in German and English
