As a Working Student (m/f/d) Performance Marketing, you’ll become part of a dynamic and fast-growing food company where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Your main focus will be supporting our Meta and Google ad campaigns — but you'll also be involved in other day-to-day tasks across our e-commerce operations, giving you a broad and practical learning experience.
Performance Marketing Support: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of ad campaigns on Meta and Google to drive traffic and sales.
Reporting & Analysis: Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC) and help build performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Creative Coordination: Help organise and prepare creative assets for use in paid campaigns.
A/B Testing & Learning: Support testing of ad copy, creatives, and audiences to boost campaign efficiency.
E-Commerce Team Support: Take on operational tasks within the online shop (e.g. product uploads, content checks, campaign coordination).
Budget Monitoring: Support with campaign budget tracking and documentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with our design, logistics and marketing colleagues to ensure smooth campaign and shop execution.

You are currently enrolled at a university with a relevant degree
Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Ideally, some initial experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads (via studies, internships, or personal projects).
Structured, detail-oriented, and excited to learn from data and insights.
Confident working with Excel/Sheets and basic analytics.
Hands-on, proactive, and a team player.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
You can work 15–20 hours per week and be in our Munich office at least once a week.
