Research Manager

A Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Automatic Control, Robotics, Machine Learning, Signal Processing, or a related field. Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing teams or projects and a strong ability to coach and support researchers. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify, define, and address complex challenges. Creativity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for developing and promoting innovative ways of working that enhance research efficiency and impact. Direct experience in innovation processes and patent creation. Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks, both within the organization and externally. A collaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing and team success. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
