We are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry.
Adoreal partners with a select group of top-tier aesthetic and cosmetic medicine practices, providing the technology, operational support, and talent that help them deliver an exceptional patient experience while they scale. We are recruiting on behalf of one of our partner practices
About the Role
Adoreal is recruiting a Research Nurse for Victoriakliniken, one of our partner plastic surgery practices in Stockholm, Sweden. Victoriakliniken is heavily involved in clinical studies and data collection, and this nurse will be central to that work. You will manage post-operative follow-up appointments with a focus on accurate, consistent photography, measurements, and data collection for the clinic's studies and patient records.
This is not a routine wound-check role. Some post-op care is included, but what matters most is a science-minded nurse who is meticulous, reliable, and comfortable following protocols precisely. Candidates who also bring anesthesia nursing skills will have the opportunity to combine both functions in a full-time position.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
What You'll Do
Manage the schedule post-operative follow-up appointments
Capture standardized post-op photography and precise measurements at each follow-up, following study protocols exactly
Collect, enter, and verify clinical data points for ongoing studies and patient records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistent timing
Provide post-op care as needed, including wound checks, dressing changes, and patient education on recovery
Keep thorough, accurate documentation and flag missing data, deviations, or patient concerns to the surgeon promptly
Partner with surgeons and clinic staff to schedule follow-ups and keep study timelines on track
Support anesthetic and perioperative care when needed
