Researcher - Radio Access Network Simulations

M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, preferably with industry experience in wireless communication. Strong analytical skills with a passion for exploring new technologies. Understanding of industry dynamics, strategic development, and activity prioritization. Expertise in wireless network evaluations (LTE and NR), with proven skills in network modeling, simulations, and software engineering. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly. A collaborative mindset with the capability to independently lead studies. Interest in building robust networks of contacts, both internally and externally.
