PhD in Electrical Engineering, Technical Physics, or equivalent The successful candidate has a proven track record in performing own research and enhancing radio interface protocols A detailed understanding of radio interface technologies in 5G NR is a necessary requirement, particularly within the area of radio interface protocols Experience in driving standardization in e.g. 3GPP RAN WG2 is a merit Strong analytical skills and ability to acquire new knowledge and apply it in the job Ability to deliver high quality results under deadlines Working with people across organizations inside and outside the company Excellent presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English Creativity, innovation mindset and ability to work independently Ability to formulate problems and solve them independently Ability to develop and drive new ways of working, to produce research results in a more efficient way Deciding & initiating action Ability to travel to global standardization meetings The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
