At least 5 years' experience in requirement management of R&D projects Deep understanding of PEU Silicon Requirement Flow and the needs of a professional requirement tool for requirement re-usability and statement-of-compliance reasons. Expertise in IBM rational tool DOORS Next in depth by experience as super user role, or IBM rational tool certification, or equivalent competence Proven track record in introduction of a RM tool into R&D projects Efficiency mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and introduction of a new RM into large R&D organization
