Job Description - Sales and Marketing Lead

Sales and Marketing Lead at AI Vision

As the "Sales and Marketing Lead," your main responsibility is to identify and develop business for AI Vision Sweden AB. You are responsible for all activities in our business plan in close cooperation with colleagues and partners. You will build long-term relationships, generate sales, identify new business opportunities, and address our customers' challenges. The role requires that you manage multiple activities concurrently, adopt a business-like and result-oriented approach, be curious and consultative, possess high positive energy, and organize your work with a clear structure.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Lead brand building campaigns
  • Generate leads through direct sales
  • Developing our business by actively networking, processing new customer contacts, and being visible in selected media
  • Ensuring efficient procedures for quotations, agreements, and closings
  • Continuous follow-up of goals, KPIs, forecasts, etc

Who are you?

We see that you are probably a successful salesperson/account manager today within one or more of the industries IT/technology/automation/technical consultant, used to working with large companies in the manufacturing and process industries. You possess high ambitions and have documented experience in business development.

You are team-oriented and like new technology, curious about cutting-edge AI technologies.

We are looking for someone with:

  • An engineering or similar background
  • Experience in the IT/technology industry
  • A proven track record of successful sales and business development
  • Solid industry knowledge with a good understanding of IT, technology, and consulting
  • A strong and enthusiastic personality
  • A commercial profile that can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Good communication skills
  • A well-structured way of working and strong system skills

As a person, you are business-like, entrepreneurial and results oriented. You are energetic with a strong drive to create growth. 

Other qualities that are important to succeed in this role are:

  • Being independent with a strong initiative and a desire to continuously develop the business
  • Making quick decisions, maintaining a high level of activity, and being forward-looking
  • Having strong organizational skills, coordination abilities, and being a good planner
