So what is the role about? ‍ ‍ ‍

As a BusinessDevelopment Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ourcompany's growth strategy. Here you will join a vibrant andinternational sales environment with around 15 talents by yourside. As we conquer the global market, targeting the Finnishspeaking market amongst others, we need you! By identifying andqualifying leads, you'll help fuel our sales pipeline and drivebusiness expansion. Tasks include, but are not limitedto:

  • Dive into dailyoutreach tasks with new leads to establish meaningful connectionsand arrange high-impact meetings for our AccountExecutives.
  • Use different channels foroutreach such as phone, email, social media, SalesNavigator, andmore.
  • Explore new and creative lead generationstrategies and continuously finetune your skills to stay ahead ofthe curve and continually expand our customer base.
  • Conduct research on prospects before discovery meetingsand outreach efforts.
  • Closely collaborate withour Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes and secure aneffortless ignition of a new sales process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors,allowing you to adapt your approach and maintain a competitiveedge.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales tools such asHubSpot and automation systems to streamline workflows and maximizeproductivity.
