🫵 Who you are

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in startups and SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and creating new business opportunities to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the SaaS industry.

  • Utilize outbound sales strategies to generate and qualify new leads.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

We believe you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within a startup and/or SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the startup ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospects.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
