So what is the role about? ‍ ‍ ‍

As a BusinessDevelopment Representative at Eletive, you'll play a crucial rolein our company's growth strategy. Here you will join a dynamic andinternational sales environment with around 15 talents by yourside. As we conquer the global market together, we need your uniqueset of skills! By proactively identifying and qualifying leads,you'll help fuel our sales pipeline and drive business expansion.Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Dive into daily outreach tasks with new leads toestablish meaningful connections and arrange high-impact meetingsfor our Account Executives.
  • Use differentchannels for outreach such as phone, email, social media,SalesNavigator and more.
  • Actively engage insocial selling, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to buildrelationships, share insights, and create valuable touchpoints withpotential customers.
  • Explore new and creativelead generation strategies and continuously finetune your skills tostay ahead of the curve and continually expand our customer base.
  • Conduct research on prospects beforediscovery meetings and outreach efforts.
  • Closely collaborate with our Account Executives to ensuresuccessful outcomes and secure an effortless ignition of a newsales process.
  • Stay informed about markettrends and competitors, allowing you to adapt your approach andmaintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilizecutting-edge sales tools such as HubSpot and automation systems tostreamline workflows and maximize productivity.
