SO WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? ‍ ‍ ‍


As a Business Development Representative at Eletive, you'll play a crucial role in our company's growth strategy. Here you will join a dynamic and international sales environment with around 15 talents by your side. As we conquer the global market together, we need your unique set of skills! By proactively identifying and qualifying leads, you'll help fuel our sales pipeline and drive business expansion. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Dive into daily outreach tasks with new leads to establish meaningful connections and arrange high-impact meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Use different channels for outreach such as phone, email, social media, SalesNavigator and more.
  • Actively engage in social selling, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships, share insights, and create valuable touchpoints with potential customers.
  • Explore new and creative lead generation strategies and continuously finetune your skills to stay ahead of the curve and continually expand our customer base.
  • Conduct research on prospects before discovery meetings and outreach efforts.
  • Closely collaborate with our Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes and secure an effortless ignition of a new sales process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors, allowing you to adapt your approach and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales tools such as HubSpot and automation systems to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
