What You Will Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in our customer base.
  • Design and develop cutting-edge interconnect solutions tailored to customer-specific projects and applications.
  • Execute a strategic growth plan to meet our goals for growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align support from various business units.
  • Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable marketing intelligence.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering or related field.
  • Passion for sales and marketing, with an interest in demand creation and the development of accounts.
  • An open-minded person with a strategic approach, to thrive in our collaborative work environment.
  • Relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience/ knowledge of connector industry would be a plus.
