Headquartered in Lund, Sweden, Joots manufactures sustainable everyday bags. We supply retailers with made-to-order bags with white labeling. Joots is a family-run business with manufacturing in India. We have been a frontrunner in the Indian jute industry and are recognized as an international leader.
Direct involvement in sales activities, including initiating dialogues with potential clients via email and calls, closing deals, and maintaining key customer relationships.
Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and develop strategic plans.
Supervise and improve the CRM system for accurate and current data maintenance.
Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to guide the leadership team.
Are an experienced B2B salesperson with a proven track record of success in product sales.
Have at least 2 years of sales experience, and used to winning business, and bringing in new customers.
Have a clear sales drive and a strong focus on reaching set goals.
Can communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish language skills are advantageous.
Have proficiency in sales tools and are tech-savvy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Are results-oriented and have a strong sales instinct.
Initially commission-based role with the option of converting it into a full-time position.
