Job Description - Sales Support Sweden


Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Kista office.


Contract Type:  full-time


 


The Opportunity 


This Sales Support role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in driving commercial success. Focused on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) accounts, you will provide essential support to both field and internal sales teams, ensuring the sales process is efficient, accurate, and commercially sound.


While this position is not customer‑facing, its impact is significant. Your attention to detail in preparing and reviewing quotations will help secure profitable deals while balancing customer satisfaction. By analysing historical agreements, you will actively protect margins and contribute to the long‑term financial health of the business. Through insightful reporting and analysis, you will support data‑driven decision‑making that strengthens sales performance and strategic planning.


As a trusted partner to the sales community, your work will enable confident negotiations, smoother execution, and stronger customer relationships – ultimately supporting sustainable business growth.


What You Will Be Doing 



  • Prepare accurate and commercially sound quotations by gathering requirements, analysing pricing, and coordinating internal approvals.

  • Support sales teams throughout the quotation and agreement process, enabling confident negotiations and timely deal progression.

  • Review and audit historical agreements to identify margin risks and develop recommendations to protect and improve profitability.

  • Ensure consistency and compliance of agreement practices and commercial policies across branches and internal sales teams.

  • Produce insightful reporting on agreements, sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs to support decision‑making.

  • Analyse sales and agreement data to identify trends, support forecasting, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain sales systems and tools to ensure accurate data, effective reporting, and reliable commercial insights.


What You’ll Bring 



  • Proven experience in a sales support, sales operations, or similar commercial role.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a business environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decisions.

  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in quotations, agreements, and reporting.

  • A structured, solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to resolve issues within the sales and commercial process.

  • A customer‑focused approach, balancing commercial objectives with customer needs.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools for analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across sales, finance, and other functions.
