Job Description - Samsung CRM Marketing automation and Project lead

As Marketing automation and Project lead, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives.

Job scope and key deliverables:

Samsung is seeking for an experienced Marketing Automation and Project lead to drive, coordinate and execute with great speed and excellence. Your main responsibility is to define, develop and lead Marketing Automation and a variation of projects within the CRM team for Samsung Nordics. Initiatives that in the long run strives to drive retention, loyalty and sales, working closely together with the CRM team and other internal stakeholders within Samsung. The position is based in our Kista Office.

•Strategic responsibility for Marketing automation within CRM. From planning, execution and analysing to continuous improvement of way of working.

•Proactive alignment to and generate new ideas for MA journeys. Also ensure testing, regular internal and external benchmarking to secure continuous improvement.

•Support Junior CRM specialist in hands on daily operations to secure execution in respective areas.

•Working in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including e.g. agencies and contact with the Samsung European head quarter).

•Manage dashboard tools; creating weekly and monthly reports. Analysing these results to present improvements to be made to achieve set KPIs.

•Project management within CRM e.g. driving innovation projects, Process efficiency, data driven approach and implementation of new tools. Projects initiated on a local level but also driven by our European office and Head Quarters in Korea.

•Prepare and create presentations for strategies and projects, follow up and insights for respective areas. Sharing of learnings and insights ensuring best practice exchange within the team and across departments

•Alignment with stakeholders, cross-collaboration with other functions e.g Category Marketing, Loyalty Lead, eCom, Performance Marketing, HQ & EO

Role Tasks:

Samsung Electronics Nordic is moving fast to further develop its overall digital marketing capacity. The aim is to provide best in class digital marketing communications to end consumers by delivering engaging, relevant, and timely content to increase the customer experience. In order to reach this objective, new digital tools are being implemented, as the focus on data driven marketing is greater than ever before.

Working as a CRM Marketing Automation and Project Lead at Samsung means that you will be responsible of defining and leading and executing the Marketing Automation strategy. You will secure that Marketing automation support the acceleration of working with cross-channel data driven marketing. You will also be part of the full delivery including campaign execution, content management, segmentation, project leading and analysing the campaign outcome in order to improve. You will have the leading role of the defined CRM projects; responsible for strategy and execution of those eg. implement new tools, improve processes, driven locally but also from a HQ level. You are comfortable working with digital platforms and you have understanding and experience of working in CRM systems to manage more complex data driven projects.

Most relevant qualifications, education and training

•Experience of CRM platforms.

•You are familiar working with dashboards to support building segmentation strategies (e.g. Qliksense).

•You like working in a fast-paced environment and strive for excellence in delivery and execution.

•Degree level in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline.

•Experience from working with CRM in a larger company and preferably marketing in a broader perspective.

Most relevant previous work experience:

•Direct experience from working with CRM marketing as well as marketing automation, with a minimum of 6+ years’ recent experience.

•Experience from setting up strategies within CRM, project management and securing implementation.

•Deep understanding of content management and how to maximize sales and engagement in CRM marketing.

•Experience from working with analytics, testing and using these insights for continuous improvement for way of working.

•Experience from stakeholder management, preferable in larger cooperation.

Required language skills:

•Fluency in English & Swedish
