SAP S/4 HANA HR Functional expert 1 to 3 Months Contract

We are looking for a consultant who is a functional expert in the SAP S/4 HANA HR domain.

Currently, we have multiple SAP programs requesting HR master data and seeking guidance on how to maintain HR master within SAP S/4 efficiently. HR master is sourced from Workday and we lack control over existing data.

Ideally, we will require assistance in the following activities:

•Implement, set up, and configure HR master data in S/4 HANA instances for SAP programs. Additionally, propose the optimal method for maintaining HR master data in SAP S/4 HANA, sourced from the global HCM system, Workday.

•Engage with the relevant SAP programs to explore their employee master requirements .

•Collaborate with Group HR and Architects to comprehend the data available in Workday

•Develop a global HR Master data template ensuring alignment with both SAP programs , HR and Group Functions

•Create Proposal for Design Authority Board approval

•Guidance on establishing a governance model for ongoing maintenance of the template.
