SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead

Requirements

• The SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant will lead end-to-end data migration activities across SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects.
  


• Responsible for defining migration strategies, ensuring data quality and governance, and coordinating with functional and technical teams to deliver accurate and compliant data migration solutions.
  


• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration projects, from planning and assessment through execution and validation.
  


• Define and implement data migration strategies, methodologies, and governance processes.
  


• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  


• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and define migration scope.
  


• Identify and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
  


• Develop and maintain migration plans, status reports, and project documentation.
  


• Monitor migration progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  


• Support data reconciliation and ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
  


• Work with technical teams to support data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation activities.
  


• Strong expertise in SAP Data Migration and SAP S/4HANA.
  


• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and data transformation tools.
  


• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
  


• Proven experience identifying and resolving data quality issues during migration projects.
  


• Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
  


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches, including Brownfield, Greenfield, and Selective Data Transition.
  


• Strong understanding of data governance and migration best practices.
  


• Experience with SAP MDG and cloud-based SAP environments.
  


• Knowledge of SAP BTP integration and related integration architectures.
  


• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and enterprise data governance practices.
  


• SAP S/4HANA implementation or data migration certification is desirable.
