SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant

Requirements

• Module Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Recruiting Management.
  


• Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and optimize talent management workflows, including performance appraisals and career development processes, in line with industry best practices.
  


• System Integration & Data: Implement and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including applicant tracking and learning platforms, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  


• Strategic Advisory: Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
  


• Testing & Support: Conduct UAT, support system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support to end users.
  


• Talent Intelligence: Configure and leverage Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder (JPB) for skills management, talent insights, and job architecture.
  


• Strong hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  


• Good understanding of Talent Management processes, including Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.
  


• SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules such as Recruiting, Succession, or Learning is highly preferred.
  


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in user training and business collaboration.
