Senior AI/ML Engineer | Stockholm

Compensation

â¢ Base salary around 70,000 SEK/month

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join an innovative company in Stockholm operating at the intersection of AI, e-commerce, and retail technology. This is an opportunity to build advanced AI solutions used at global scale.

About the Role

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to develop and improve modern AI and ML systems in production environments.

The role includes:

â¢ Designing, building and training machine learning models

â¢ Building and optimizing scalable ML infrastructure

â¢ Working with LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering and AI APIs

â¢ Production deployment and MLOps

â¢ Architecture and technical decision-making

â¢ Evaluating and implementing new AI technologies

You will have the opportunity to influence technology choices, product development and future AI strategy.

Who Weâre Looking For

â¢ At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years focused on machine learning systems

â¢ Strong Python skills

â¢ Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

â¢ Experience deploying ML models into production environments

â¢ Experience with MLOps and scalable ML systems

â¢ Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation frameworks is highly valued

â¢ Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing startup environment

â¢ Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

â¢ Fluent in English
