Valbek Sweden is looking for a driven, experienced bridge engineer to join our fast growing team of experts in Sweden.  Our focus is on organic growth through the careful selection of colleagues who share our company values and mindset.  Whether you are looking to make a change in your career or are just curious about who we are and what we can offer, we would love to have a conversation with you!You are passionate about your expertise and enjoy working as part of a well-functioning team of professionals.  As a founding member of the Bridge Studio, you will have the opportunity to both shape the development of the design team as well as drive the growth of Valbek Sweden.  You will work closely with our colleagues both in Sweden as well as internationally on exciting bridge and infrastructure projects all over Europe.  Your strong network within Sweden as well as experience in both projects and business development will be an asset in this position.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• relevant higher education (ex. civil engineer).
• 5 years or more of relevant industry experience.
• a broad network especially within Sweden.
• highly developed skills within your field - and are constantly improving and adding to your abilities.
• a high standard of work ethic - if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right.
• an open and honest personality  - regular feedback and a flat organization allows everyone thrive.
• passion for your work - we love what we do and it shows.
• professional flexibility - both within our group and towards our clients and projects.
