Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation, Succession & Development (S&D), and Performance & Goals (P&G) modules. This role is critical in ensuring the successful design, deployment, and optimization of our global Talent Management and Compensation solutions in SuccessFactors, aligning business requirements with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Module:

    • Coordinate and drive development within the Compensation module.

    • Ensure accurate compensation data for all countries in SuccessFactors, fully aligned with local payroll solutions.

    • Document local requirements and follow up with configuration teams to ensure proper implementation.

    • Lead the final wave of compensation data migration into SF, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Succession & Development (S&D):

    • Support and enhance the design of the Succession module.

    • Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements for inhouse consultants.

    • Recommend and implement best practices to optimize talent processes previously handled manually.

  • Performance & Goals (P&G):

    • Support the continued roll-out of Performance & Goals, including design and implementation for store management.

    • Align Talent Management solutions with overall performance and goals strategy.

    • Provide guidance on integrating Performance and Talent processes for maximum business impact.

  • Advisory Role:

    • Act as a senior advisor, providing clear recommendations and guidance to stakeholders.

    • Drive process improvement and standardization across regions while addressing local requirements.

    • Ensure solutions are scalable, business-driven, and based on SuccessFactors best practices.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Extensive and recent hands-on experience in Compensation, Succession & Development, and Performance & Goals modules.

  • Proven track record of leading global SuccessFactors implementations in large, complex organizations.

  • Strong ability to bridge business requirements with functional system capabilities.

  • Expertise in data integration between SF and local payroll/HR systems.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.                                               

    • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation, Succession & Development, and Performance & Goals modules.

    • Experience designing solutions for organizations transitioning from manual processes to automated SF workflows.

Expectations

  • Act as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

  • Provide structured, practical recommendations that balance business needs and system capabilities.

  • Ensure solutions are aligned to global strategy while meeting local compliance and requirements.

  • Support ongoing process improvement and enablement of inhouse consultants.

 

Additional Information

Start: Immediate

Location: Stockholm

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.

Note: Candidates must currently reside in Stockholm, Sweden, or be eligible to work locally.
