Senior Data Engineer

TL;DR - We want a data-obsessed engineer to build Lovable’s data and analytics muscle. You’ll work cross-functionally across all teams to empower everyone with the insights they need for data-driven decision making. Must combine serious coding skills with the ability to turn complex data into winning product bets.

What we’re looking for

• A strong engineer with serious data infrastructure chops

• 5+ years of experience building data platforms or 3+ years with startup experience

• Past experience building up data infrastructure and pipelines to dashboards, reports and insights

• Obsession with understanding why users do what they do

• Strong opinions about the best data platform tools

• Startup and ex-Founder experience is an asset, especially if you’ve built up the data platform from the ground up

What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure

• Develop and optimize data models, warehouses and lakes

• Ensure data quality, reliability and consistency through validation and monitoring tools

• Work cross functionally across teams to ensure they are data-driven and can leverage your data system
