Senior Designer (Paid Social & Performance)

We are looking for a Senior Designer (Paid Social & Performance) who feels at home with hands-on visual production, is a collaborative team player, and can translate strategy and data insights into impactful creative concepts and strong visual ideas.

In this role, you'll work closely with growth hackers and content specialists as part of your team in Stockholm, as well as copywriters and other creatives across the Nordics, from the start of a brief through to final execution. Even though our agency is large, your home team will be small and cozy.

Strong conceptual thinking is crucial as you will lead the creation of both brand and performance campaign concepts, defining their visual direction and bringing them to life across social, web, video and other channels. We are looking for an adaptable creative who effortlessly bridges big-picture strategy with hands-on visual execution. In this role, you will combine conceptual thinking, art direction, and design craft with modern AI tools to build engaging, high-converting creatives that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Lead the ideation and development of innovative creative concepts across digital, social, video, and physical channels.

• Performance-First Visuals: Lead the creative ideation for brand and performance campaigns, developing strong visuals, messaging angles, and modular concepts built for paid social, video, web, and physical channels.

• Rapid, High-Quality Execution: Transform briefs and performance data into polished, ready-to-test design assets. Own the end-to-end production process, iterating quickly on winning creative concepts without compromising on brand aesthetics.

• Storytelling & Pitching: Build compelling design narratives. Confidently present and clearly communicate your design intent to internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients.

• Visual Leadership: Define, maintain, and elevate the overarching artistic vision for your projects, ensuring high-quality output with minimal oversight.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, growth hackers, strategists, developers, and designers to bring cohesive concepts and products to life.

What We Hope You’ll Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years of work experience as a designer, ideally spanning both conceptual brand-building campaigns and performance marketing.

• Design & AI Tools: Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and modern video / motion tools. You actively leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to streamline rapid prototyping, generate assets, and scale high-volume creative production.

• Digital & Performance: A good understanding of social, digital marketing and performance creative, and an interest in using creative performance to inform what you make next.

• Project Management: The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, seamlessly switching gears between a major brand campaign and quick-turnaround e-commerce production.

• Collaboration Mindset: Ambition, drive, and a strong willingness to learn. You enjoy developing ideas with your colleagues, and are comfortable challenging and building on each other's thinking. You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy agency culture.

• Language & Communication: Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, with the ability to clearly present and pitch design rationale, creative hypotheses, and visual concepts to clients and internal leadership.

• Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce high-quality visual content, showcasing both stunning conceptual work and high-converting, performance-driven ads. We want to see the thinking behind the work and how it drove measurable results, not just the finished assets.
