Your Key Responsibilities

• Network Building : Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry across Northern Europe
• Budget Management : Oversee development projects with careful resource allocation to maximize impact, despite any budget constraints
• Expansion Strategy : Formulate and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy for the Iberian region, focusing on new opportunities and markets
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential threats, and growth opportunities in Northern Europe
• Acquisitions and Negotiation : Lead the acquisition process for new properties, from initial prospecting to negotiation and finalization, securing favorable terms and agreements
