About the role 

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect who can define, lead, and align our technology strategy across the entire healthcare platform ecosystem. In this role, you will

• Set the architectural direction for our platform products
• Oversee alignment across different products
• Ensure long-term scalability, interoperability, and maintainability
• Support international expansion into the wider European healthcare market

You will engage directly with

• Customers to explore new clinical and operational workflows, and digital transformation needs
• Partners to co-develop, integrate, and ensure compatibility within a modular platform ecosystem
• Product Management and Product Owners to align architectural vision with product strategies and roadmaps

As an Enterprise Architect, you will

• Define and evolve the enterprise-wide architecture for our healthcare platform products
• Align architecture across product teams, domains, and business stakeholders
• Drive adherence to healthcare standards such as openEHR, FHIR, and HL7
• Lead strategic architectural initiatives such as modularization, capability-based planning, and platform evolution
• Govern architecture principles and ensure compliance across all layers (business, application, data, and infrastructure)
• Act as a key advisor to business and product leadership regarding technology roadmaps and transformation programs
• Guide solution and software architects and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to technology partner strategies, vendor evaluations, and interoperability initiatives

We are looking for someone with:

• Broad experience in enterprise architecture across complex product ecosystems
• Deep understanding of architecture principles / frameworks
• Proven ability to align business and technology strategies
• Familiarity with open digital health platforms and healthcare-specific standards (openEHR, FHIR)
• Experience designing scalable and modular architecture in cloud-native and containerized environments
• Leadership experience in driving change and enterprise-wide architecture governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including international and partner collaboration
